Abstract: Dietary sodium reduction is a critical public health intervention to reduce rates of hypertension, cardiovascular disease and stroke. It is also a primary nutritional treatment in the management of this conditions. This webinar will take a case study approach as an example of novel tools and approaches can be used to translate and mobilize research findings to promote behaviour change in individuals; engage clinicians in facilitating that change; and activate policy and industry stakeholders in implementing interventions to reduce sodium intake.
