Abstract

This webinar will explore how physical activity and nutrition can work together to enhance health, quality of life, and survivorship outcomes in adolescents and young adults (AYAs) diagnosed with cancer. Drawing on emerging evidence and clinical experience, speakers will discuss how physical activity and dietary strategies can help manage treatment‑related side effects, support physical and mental well‑being, and reduce long‑term health risks in this population. The session will also highlight practical, age‑appropriate approaches to integrating movement and healthy eating into survivorship care, considering the unique developmental, social, and psychosocial needs of AYAs.
