2025-05-24

This page is directed to the SIG leaders only. The file with the presentations was sent directly via email.

Dear SIG Leader

The excel file contains 3 tabs:

  1. This information tab
  2. The Abstracts tab, which contains all the information about the abstracts, their scores and placement in the program
  3. The Program tab, which is a visual representation of the schedule and rooms where the presentations are placed (note that this may change, so check the website or app version of the program)

To access the abstracts of your SIG

  1. In the Abstract tab, go to column N and use the filter function (the small arrow at the bottom right of the cell) . The current visualization includes all the SIGs, check the SIG you want to filter and uncheck the ones you do not want to see
  2. If you want to filter for a specific session type, click the filter on column O
    1. The sessions are either
      1. Awards (with the name of the SIGs after). All sessions on Wednesday afternoon.
      2. Orals (the names are O.X.YY, where X is the day – 1 for Thursday, 2 for Friday, 3 for Saturday – and YY is the number of the session)
      3. Short-Orals (the names are SO.X.YY, same idea for the X and YY above)
      4. Posters (P1 are posters on Thursday and P2 on Friday)
  3. You can also see the Average score of the two peer-reviewers, the first author details, abstract and other info in the file.
    1. The abstracts are a bit difficult to read in the excel file. You need to expand the cell or the top box where you add data on excel. Sorry…
