Planning a new SIG on Indigenous Research

We are developing an ISBNPA SIG for Indigenous research and forming an Indigenous Working Group to guide its development before ISBNPA Conference in Uppsala.

Working Group members will comprise international Indigenous voices, including Indigenous health researchers, practitioners, Elders, knowledge holders and community members.

We are looking for representation from across the globe, including Asia, South America and Africa

The goals of all the Indigenous-led SIG are:
To foster the advancement of international health research agendas with focus on health priorities for Indigenous people across the globe.
Ensure SIG planning activities prioritize Indigenous methodologies, knowledge systems, respect for the community and values and diversity of cultures.

If you are interested in joining the working group, please fill in the membership form using this [LINK].
