Abstract:
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers globally and the main type of cancer-related to modifiable lifestyle factors. Obesity increases the risk of colorectal cancer.  Recent studies suggest there may be an obesity paradox in colorectal cancer: obesity increases the risk of colorectal cancer, but has been found to be associated with better survival in colorectal cancer. Body composition may partly explain this paradox, and this webinar will explore this.
