Please join us for the official launch of Canada’s first 24-Hour Movement Guidelines for Adults on Thursday, October 15, 2020!

Developed in partnership with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, Public Health Agency of Canada, Queen’s University and ParticipACTION, these guidelines integrate recommendations for physical activity, sedentary behaviour and sleep.
