Members from countries classified by the World Bank as having a low or middle-income economy (see list here) are entitled to register for a discounted membership using the Low Income Country Registration option.

Student Members are individuals who are students (full or part-time) in undergraduate or graduate degree programs (up to 12 months after the date of their doctoral degree).

Please note that ISBNPA membership follows the calendar year. Therefore, we recommend renewing your membership early in the year to maximize your benefits.

If you choose to join later in the year, please be aware that any renewals or new memberships submitted from November 1 onwards will be considered memberships for the following year and will include November and December as complimentary months.
