<p>This webinar will review the benefits of mentoring throughout your research and professional career. We’ll discuss why pursuing good mentoring relationships can be vital to professional and personal success, the benefits of being a mentor/mentee, and the potential challenges faced in mentoring relationships. We’ll explain the ISBNPA mentoring program and how the Society can help facilitate mentoring connections for members. We’ll also talk with Dr. Jayne Fulkerson (University of Minnesota) and her mentees: Christie Martin (University of Minnesota), Dr. Holly Harris (Penn State University, formerly University of Queensland), and Elina Järvelä-Reijonen (University of Eastern Finland) about their lived experiences with mentoring and the ISBNPA mentoring program.</p>
